EvoTree means Evolutionary relationships of taxa.
The evolutionary history was inferred using the Minimum Evolution method[3, 4]. The confidence probability (multiplied by 100) that the interior branch length is greater than 0, as estimated using the bootstrap test (10000 replicates is shown above the branches [2, 1]. The evolutionary distances were computed using the Poisson correction method [3] and are in the units of the number of amino acid substitutions per site. The ME tree was searched using the Close-Neighbor-Interchange (CNI) algorithm [4] at a search level of 0. The Neighbor-joining algorithm [5] was used to generate the initial tree. The analysis involved 9 amino acid sequences. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA5 [6].
